How I Coach The most common held view about the coaching process is that it is about:
1. Helping you to discover, understand and embrace who you are. 2. Helping you identify and clarify what you most want.
3. Helping you to create and develop strategies for how you will achieve your goals. 4. Supporting you to integrate the changes that occur.

I believe that what makes coaching coaching is the 'who' part, your ‘authentic
self’ as well as your personality and ego. Goals (what) and strategies (how) are terrific, but unless they are integrated with the whole person (who), they
will take longer to accomplish, probably not be what you really want and not bring the high levels of happiness and fulfillment that are possible.
In my
view, coaching is about surfacing and translating your insights into inspired action, clarifying and then fueling incremental action steps on your
path of least resistance towards realizing your desired outcomes.
What's powerful about this coaching approach is that it's not linear.
Depending on your preference and current circumstances, you can start at any of the 4 portals (who, what, how, your integrity), and you can weave your way
through all of them, as needed, during the coaching process.

Insight by Coach, Genius by You

Coaching occurs as a result of the way we relate with each other when we
discuss what you bring to the table during our coaching conversation. Just by having a coach and chatting with him/her on a regular basis, you will get
plenty of value -- you don't have to work hard at it -- for the benefits of coaching to occur. This is because the synergy that occurs as a result of the coach
and client relationship is what makes the biggest difference to any well-motivated client.
Here’s how we collaborate:
1. You talk.
2. I listen. 3. I look at what I know about what you already know on your topic. ( And, I listen to what makes me listen). 4.
I look at what I know about people/human beings in general. ( And, I listen to what makes you talk).
5. I look at what I know about life/business in general. 6.
I share what I heard and what I know and we evaluate how that matches what you know and your current circumstances.
7. You either find that you already know what to do, or 8.
You move forward and discover/create a new solution by applying your new insight about yourself or your situation to the current topic.
You will find that you are brighter than you think!
With time, you will come to believe in YOU more than in the coaching process. It’s like magic and it will uplift us both!

Words
I don’t take your words merely as words. Far from it.
I listen To what makes you talk
Whatever that is And me listen.
