Heidi is a Founding Member of CoachVille and has participated as a hands-on catalyst in virtually every aspect of CoachVille throughout the years: from passionate R&D member to
Jack-of-all-Trades Systems Manager. Her personal mission at CoachVille is to love the people and to create relief by using her eclectic array of skills to get stuff done without delay and
to teach others how to do that for themselves.
Heidi is an early adopter and is enthusiastic about bringing coaching to the world. As Pioneer and Community Coach of FlickVille,
the CoachVille Movie Lovers' Community, she has found the perfect environment to co-create a community of passionate people who are eager to share their views, opinions and wisdom for the
benefit of all.
Heidi is an avid learner and loves to create coaching programs which allow her to fuse esoteric knowledge with immediately practical implementation.
She's created and taught a series of 5 Day Programs and workshops such as: 'Unstuck Now! for people with big projects who just cannot wait', 'Unstuck Now! for Technophobes' and others,
and a number of CyberSkills Lessons which are included in CoachVille's "Certified Cyber" E-course.
Her unusual life experience (to say the least) has allowed her to
come to terms with the fact that there is grace in everything. Her newest coaching programs are geared towards helping people embrace themselves and each other and offer clear
understanding and simple steps to create major shifts and desired results. In the works are: 'Eliminate Delay', based on her experience while working with Thomas Leonard, and a series of
mini-programs/classes which are part of the HeidiCostas.com "Weight Loss for the Soul" coaching gym: "When in a Hole, Stop Digging", "Surrender the Shovel!",
"Setting Emotional Goals", "Why Feeling Less Hurts More Than Feeling Bad".
Her "Sharing Custody with a Jerk" series of teleclasses, while
controversial, are well received by participants: "You're Not Bankrupt, Your Bank Account Is", "Why Standing Up for Yourself May Harm You and What You Should Do
Instead", "Living with Adversity: How Your Declared Enemies Condition You", "Games People Play" and upcoming: "Strategies of the Not-Self" based (in
part) on the Mechanics of Human Design Knowledge.
Heidi's private business is eclectic and unconventional. She maintains a small practice of coaching clients, a weekly
"Weight Loss for the Soul" coaching group and works as Virtual Assistant to the Pro's. Her specialty is helping people get stuff done and live well, regardless. Her clients call
her "Clarity Merchant" because of her ability to 'get' the picture and to strategize with ease, transforming insights into simple action steps they can do right now.
Heidi has a BA in Linguistics and Semantics from the University of Timisoara, Romania. She has taught high school level English and German in Romania, before emigrating to the United
States in 1987. Heidi is a graduate of CoachU, The Schools of Coachville and is currently preparing for her Certification as Human Design Analyst. She has been successfully self-employed
for the last 20 years and is living as a happy single mom with her 12 year old son in Glendale, Arizona.
